Terms and Conditions of Sale

Terms: All orders are COD cash unless credit has been established. Credit accounts are net 30 days. Interest at 1 ˝% (18% annually) will be charged on overdue accounts plus cost of collection. All sales are due and payable in the Township of Quinton, Salem County, New Jersey, which will be the venue for all litigation to recover any amounts due to Quinton Nursery, LLC. If plant material is canceled or not picked up, requiring restocking, the customer will be charged a restocking fee.

Claims: We stand behind our plants where a pattern of losses is apparent with a singular variety or size within our nursery. Claims must be made in writing within 15 days of the receipt of material. We will not be liable for any sum greater than the amount originally received for such stock.  

Delivery: We utilize EZ shipper racks to deliver plant material. Freight charges are due upon delivery.

We are happy to wait for our racks to be unloaded, or hold racks at your site for future pickup. Please request a pickup of racks if your site space is limited. 

Unloading time is calculated into the freight rate. Additional charges will apply if truck is not unloaded in a timely manner. 

Any invoices are FOB Quinton, NJ. and subject to change without notice. Discrepancies with count should be noted on the invoice at time of delivery. 

Order confirmations will be faxed to the customer for their signature.

Pick ups of plant material is welcome. 24 hour notice is appreciated, although not required.

NJ Sales Tax: We are required to collect 7% sales tax on all sales, unless a properly executed Sales Tax Exempt Certificate is provided.  

Custom Labels

Thermal labels or sticks are available, at an additional charge. Information can include pricing, your company’s name, and barcodes.
